About Me

Get to know me better - my background, my training, and what I care about when I design.

My Story

I'm an industrial and product designer, trained in Industrial Design Engineering and Product Development at Universitat Jaume I. My work sits between the two halves of that title: the object itself, and the visual identity that surrounds it.

I move comfortably between 3D modelling and graphic design — SolidWorks, Shapr3D and Blender on one side, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Procreate on the other. That range means I can take a project from an early sketch through prototyping and rendering, or from a rough brand brief through to a finished logo, palette and icon set.

During my research internship at Universitat Jaume I, I worked on studies of user perception — organising visual stimuli, designing questionnaires and producing the graphic material behind the experiments. It taught me to test assumptions rather than trust my own taste, and that habit has stayed with me in every project since.

My Values

Form Follows Use

A beautiful object that's awkward to use isn't finished. I keep function, ergonomics and manufacture in view from the first sketch, so the final form is a consequence of how the piece is actually lived with.

Design for People

My research background taught me to study how people actually perceive and use things, rather than assume. I'd rather test an idea early and be proved wrong than defend a decision nobody asked for.

Responsible Materials

Sustainability is part of the brief, not an afterthought. I use life-cycle analysis to understand the real cost of a material choice and design pieces meant to last rather than to be replaced.
